Politique de remboursement
UsComService return/refund policy lasts for 30 days since product has been received. If 30 days passed since customer received his/her order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns of products with manufacturing defects or no more desirable by customer products during 30-day term after products have been received by customer.
In order to proceed with returning process, please contact us via e-mail email@example.com. In e-mail please state the reason of return, proof of purchase and photos with description of manufacturing defects in products (only in case of returns due to manufacturing defects). After that, we will contact you within 3-5 business days with further information (do we accept return, where to ship returning products, possibility of refund or exchange, etc.)
In case of return due to manufacturing defect, shipment will be paid by UsComService, otherwise – shipping costs are payed by customer and is not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment , within a certain amount of days (time depends on bank or payment provider infrastructure). We will issue refund within 3 days after refund has been approved.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item model, send us an email at email@example.com with detailed request (product model, reason, etc.)
To return your product, you should contact us via e-mail first, so we would be able to provide you with proper shipping address
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(except for returning due to manufacturing defects). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
