• Do you provide test samples?

We have an option of free testing samples, however quantity and other details should be discussed directly. Please follow to contact us page to get in touch. 

• Do you provide discounts for high-volume orders?

We have a flexible price policy and we do offer discounts on big order volumes (vary from product to product). Also we are providing discounts for long-term partners. 

• What is your return/refund policy?

According to our return policy we offer exchange or refunds in case any manufacturing defects discovered in our products by customer. As well as excahnges/refunds for products not suitable or no longer needed for customer(in this case shiiping cost to manufacturer would be paid by customer). Our refund/exchange policy lasts for 30 calendar days since customer has received products.
